As lead designer and project manager, I leveraged cutting-edge VR technology to create immersive walkthroughs. This allowed the client to experience the space before construction, streamlining decision-making and reducing costly change orders.
The renovation included a kitchen relocation, custom floor-to-ceiling concealed doors, the addition of new bedrooms and a primary bathroom - all designed to maximize the existing footprint.

I revitalized a long-vacant residence, expanding it from 2,200 to 4,700 square feet. By leveraging Revit and 3ds Max with Vray, I transformed this historic property into a modern masterpiece, preserving its original charm while adding contemporary comforts and amenities.
The permit-ready documentation and photo-realistic renderings I provided turned this project into a lucrative turnkey development opportunity, attracting multiple offers from eager buyers.
